The Free State High Court is to hear arguments from Dr Nandipha Magudumana as to why charges against her must be withdrawn. Magudumana has suspended her bail application in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court. She claims she is being unlawfully detained at the Bizzah Makhetha Correctional Centre in Kroonstad. And that her arrest in Tanzania by South African authorities was also unlawful. Her case was postponed last week to tomorrow, to allow the Home Affairs Department to file its affidavit.
