The defence in the Moses Maluleke murder trial has attempted to poke holes in the evidence of the state's first witness, who was previously an accused in the matter. The trial has been postponed to Thursday in the High Court in Polokwane, Limpopo. State witness, Avhatakali Mulaudzi, in his evidence-in-chief, testified that he and the five accused, walked into Maluleke's yard that evening.
