Africa Marketing Agency appoints Concord Times’ Gabriel Benjamin as Commissioner Delegate

Concord Times Chief Operating Officer, Gabriel Benjamin has been appointed by the Africa Marketing Agency Inc. to serve in the organizing committee board as liaison with Government entities, US Embassy and private sectors in Sierra Leone for the Agency’s 9th Annual Agribusiness and Economic Industry Summit in New York later this year.

The Marketing Agency says it is partnering with Concord Times to fulfill Goal2 of the Sustainable Development Goals and Aspiration 1 of Africa 2063 Agenda.

“We found Concord Times Newspaper a commuted partner to improving both US and Sierra Leone Summit interaction,” the Agency wrote in the appointment letter.

Responding to the appointment, Benjamin said “I’m immensely humbled for this opportunity given to me to serve as Commissioner Delegate to the 9th Annual Agribusiness and Economic Industry Summit and Liaison Officer for the Africa Marketing Agency Inc. I look forward to working with everyone while making invaluable contribution towards the success of the summit.”

Africa Marketing Agency Inc. is co-hosting the summit in conjunction with the Sierra Leone Permanent Mission to UN, approved by the President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Julius Maada Bio.  The Summit, scheduled to take place from September 14-16, 2022 will be hosted at the UN Headquarters in New York.
