Pollard, of Mahaica Gap, Green Hill, St Michael was found guilty by unanimous jury verdict of the murder of Guyanese national Onicka Gulliver.
According to the evidence given at trial before the No. 2 Supreme Court, the 23-year-old Gulliver was strangled. Her partially nude and decomposing body was found in a bushy area at Vaucluse, St Thomas between March 11 and 14, 2014.
