Otile Brown releases new 5 track EP dubbed Uptown Flex

Singer and songwriter Otile Brown has released his much-anticipated playlist dubbed Uptown Flex which follows his 2020 Just in love debut album.

The 5-track project houses Fine by me, Sempre, Double Up, Realer produced by Ihaji Made It and Run Up produced by Vicky Pon Dis.

Sharing the release date announcement on his social media pages, the RnB artist wrote, “#uptownflexep 10th.02.2022. Rock with me.”

The artist started the new year with a bang as his song, Woman, in which he's collaborated with Harmonize hit 1 million views on YouTube on January 20, 2022, two days after it was released.

Otile Brown, simply known as Otile, is one of Kenya’s high-grossing musical talents as he also recently celebrated the achievement of 1 million subscribers on YouTube.

He was handed a YouTube Creator plaque for the grand achievement as he ranks the first Kenyan artist to hit such a milestone.

His ascension to fame has not been without bumps.

To make it in the music scene, he has had his fair share of praises and trolls, but the artist has undoubtedly pushed through it all. The entertainment industry is arguably one of the most demanding in the world, and in that regard, Otile has managed to keep up with the pace, as his star now shines brighter than ever before. He has published a slew of singles and two albums, all of which have arguably done incredibly well in his 10-year music career.

Otile has also received a lot of radio and television airplay, with some of his songs garnering a massive viewership on YouTube. Some include Chaguo La Moyo (29 million views), Baby Love (17 million views), and Dusuma (36 million views).

On the flip side, just a few weeks ago, the Such kinda love hitmaker took to his social media platforms to confirm that he'd parted ways with his Ethiopian girlfriend Nabayet. The artist further detailed that they decided to end the relationship in an amicable way, which left their fans greatly heartbroken.
