Secret Bay Named Conde Nast Traveler’s #6 Resort in the Caribbean /

Secret Bay has been named as the #6 Best Hotels in the Caribbean in Conde Nast Traveler’s 2021 “Readers’ Choice Awards” for the sixth year in a row.
The six-star, all-villa resort was the highest-ranked hotel in the Eastern Caribbean to land on the list of 40 resorts.
Group General Manager, Dinesh Kissoon said this achievement has been a total team effort and a positive feat for both Secret Bay and the destination.
“First of all it’s all about the team, the efforts we’ve all put in, the concept we’ve really worked on,” Kissoon said. “Since we have reopened our doors three years ago in 2018, we have upgraded our standards and amenities and as well invested a lot into our team and we’re now seeing all the success and of course this is one of the accolades that helped us put the destination on the map.”
In 2020, Secret Bay received a score of 98.60 to be named the #1 resort on the Top 25 Resort Hotels in the Caribbean, Bermuda, and the Bahamas and #6 in the world by Travel Leisure World Best Awards 2020.
This year, on the Conde Nast Traveler’s 2021, Secret Bay placed #6. The Group General Manager says “this positions Secret Bay as one of the best in the region…and if you look at the Eastern Caribbean we are the number one which is really positive for both the product [Secret Bay] and as well the destination to have such a flagship on island.”
He says Secret Bay’s position in the market gives it added advantage in challenging other hotels and destinations.
“As you know the destination is still unknown to many. People always confuse us with the Dominican Republic and attaining such a position in the market really, really puts us challenging the best.”
“So it makes us a little bit more known internationally, globally, and as well make people a bit more willing to visit the island to see the product and to see why we’re winning so many awards and so many accolades,” Dinesh Kissoon stated.

Secret Bay recently launched a social media contest #LuckyinLoveSB — for a chance to win Secret Bay’s Perfect Ten package.
Group General Manager, Dinesh Kissoon said that contest is “doing very great”.
